I want to take a few minutes to thank Damon Bagley and his Law and Justice Institute students for organizing and implementing the EFM program.
The program was extremely well organized and in both dramatic and graphic fashion, reminded students of the dangers of drinking and driving. This was a collaborative effort that involved students, staff, parents, the California Highway Patrol, and several other emergency service organizations.
