Washington Union High School After School Program
Program Description
The After School Program (ASP) is free for all students of Washington Union High. Assembly Bill 1567 requires after school programs to give first priority enrollment to pupils who are identified as homeless youth or foster youth. Please inform us if you choose to self-certify that your child is homeless youth or foster youth.
ASP operates Monday through Friday from 3:15 p.m.-6:15 p.m. A free daily snack is provided.
Program elements include daily academic support in core subject areas including homework assistance. Rotating enrichment activities include but are not limited to, career education, mentoring and tutoring, arts, computer training, intramural sports, and fitness. Weekly schedules are available in the front office.
